Meet the Team

Anthony Castaldo

Anthony’s deep love for dogs blossomed in a lively family environment, leading to a lifelong passion. As a child, he found joy in daily runs through the woods with his dogs. This connection persisted into adulthood, aligning seamlessly with his disciplined approach to physical fitness.
In his thirties, Anthony, a Police Officer, transitioned from a small to a larger, more dynamic department. After three years, he earned the role of K9 Officer, achieving the Dual Purpose K9 Handler Certification with his canine partner. This certification focused on fundamental obedience commands.
Serving as the department’s K9 officer for a decade, Anthony actively engaged in yearly seminars and weekly training sessions with fellow handlers. His profound enjoyment of training K9s fueled his commitment to helping others build strong, confident, and extraordinary K9 teams. Today, he shares his wealth of experience and knowledge to forge lasting connections between fellow dog enthusiasts and their loyal companions.

Elizabeth Castaldo

Elizabeth’s upbringing on a Western New York dairy farm instilled a profound love for dogs. With a degree in Zoology and Wildlife Management from UNH, she settled in Tamworth in 2021. Her career, included roles as a zookeeper and part-time farm-sitter, along with volunteering for the Pope Memorial Humane Society in Dover, NH.

Outdoor adventures with her Husky mix, Fisher, have always been Elizabeth’s passion. In 2023, alongside Anthony, they welcomed Eros, a Belgian Malinois, into their “pack.” Integrating Eros and Fisher as brothers brought challenges but also invaluable learning experiences. Anthony’s expertise in K9 training elevated Elizabeth’s understanding of dog behavior.

For Elizabeth and Anthony, dogs are family. Recognizing a community need, they turned their passion into a career, aiming to offer clients the same level of care they expect for their canine companions. Their focus is on creating an environment where dogs are not just boarded but embraced as cherished members of the family.
